We hade a half day session in which the workshop participants were first introduced to the concept of peace-building. This was followed by a reading break. The participants were then given an overview of conflict management and peacebuilding with specific reference to the situation in Karachi, Pakistan. The participants were later asked to give their feedback to help us follow trends and attitudes as a base line.
